Reinforcing bar welding MAG or E according to DIN EN IS0 17660
General
Welders that are instated for the welding of reinforced steel have to be specifically trained and certified according to DIN EN ISO 17660.
Participation requirements
- Only welders who have a valid welding certification according to DIN EN ISO 287-1 respectively DIN EN ISO 9606-1 can gain access.
- Thereby has to exist a welding certificate P BW for a butt joint, for all other kinds needs to be a welding certificate P FW available.
- The Position of the welding certificates have to cover the welding position of the reinforced steel exams according to the material group and with a test piece thickness of 6 ≤ t ≤15 t.
